Weekly Rentals

📆 Rental Period: Saturday to Saturday
💲 Weekly Rate: $2,450.00 + 6% Michigan Sales Tax
💲 Monthly Rate: Enjoy a 15% discount on extended stays.

Payment Details

💳 Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable by check, money order, or PayPal.
🧹 Cleaning Fee: $100.00 (non-refundable)
🔐 Security Deposit: $200.00 (fully refundable after checkout, pending inspection)
📅 Final Payment: Due 14 days before check-in, including the cleaning fee and security deposit.

Check-In & Check-Out

✅ Check-in: 3:00 PM on the day of arrival
✅ Check-out: 10:00 AM on the day of departure

Cancellation Policy

✉️ Weekly Rentals: A 60-day written notice is required for cancellations.
✉️ Monthly Rentals: A 90-day written notice is required for cancellations.

House Rules & Policies

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Designated outdoor areas are available for smokers.

🐾 No Pets: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

🌙 Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet time after 10 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.

🔥 No Firepits: For safety reasons, firepits are not permitted on the property.
